Terrace Projects was founded by a group of South African Entrepreneurs, who have a number years experience in the satellite industry in Africa. With our background and through continued efforts, Terrace Projects remains at the leading edge of international developments in the satcoms field.  Acting primarily as a Satellite Services Provider for a number of years; we have refocused our strategy to deliver Managed Satellite Services. We plan on leveraging our long history of providing mobile and fixed satellite solutions to become a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP), in the satellite space.

As a IT Services company, Terrace Projects has implemented best practice in service management in order to achieve quality service and overcome difficulties associated with the growth of IT systems. In conjunction with our partners, we are able to offer a global satellite network that is backed by 24/7/365 support, managed by highly skilled network and customer care teams.

Terrace Projects is able to proactively manage networks, monitor key performance indicators and provide customer focused support.

Through a suite of end-to-end global communication solutions, Terrace Projects enables customers operating from the furthest reaches of the world to securely transmit voice, video and data applications back to core infrastructure, network centres and command posts.

Terrace Projects has identified a need for a managed satellite service, where we negotiate with the client to assume responsibility for their SATCOM infrastructure. By using a simple model, and in conjunction with our clients, Terrace Projects applies a phased approach, detailed below.

The end result is a Managed Service that is aligned with client needs, whilst providing greater operating efficiencies and cost savings.
